I found a better place to buy Update International cookware. And it's familiar, at least to me. It's Cook's Wares. I got my pressure cooker there.

I'm really surprised to see an obscure brand of commercial cookware there.

People are telling me to buy Emerilware. No, thanks. The lids are domed, so they won't fit in a dishwasher, and you can't rest a spoon on one. And they have a non-functioning copper band on the outside that will turn brown in a week. And I already know Update International is fantastic, because I've been using it since 2002. My beer kettle is so strong you could turn it upside down and use it as a step stool.
