The Wheels Never Stop Turning

I was checking out my pig photos just now when I had a sudden inspiration: biryani-style pig stuffed with spiced basmati rice.

Think about it. You make the rice with chicken broth, and you add little sauteed carrot slivers that are partially caramelized, and you use golden raisins, and you make some sort of a spiced glaze to make the pig smell like heaven itself...it's doable.

The sad thing about Indian food is that there's never any pork on the menu. And nothing goes better with spices and sweet stuff than pork. Nothing except a naked lady fresh from the shower.

Dammit. Am I going to have to cook ANOTHER hog this soon? Guess not. I can do what I did this time, using pork chops for the scaled-down dress rehearsal.
