On the Air Soon

The new camcorder arrived. I've been screwing around with it.

I had no idea how small they had gotten. I thought it would be like seven or eight inches long, but it's the size of two stacked decks of cards. You can carry it in a pocket.

I can't believe they still use tape. But I guess that's okay, since I can move it to my PC.

I tried filming Marv, but he freezes up on camera. Then I filmed the fish tank, and he shrieked like a lunatic behind me. And the yard people showed up with leaf blowers and made a racket. So I quit.

I plan to get a cable tonight to move videos to the computer. If I ever manage to make any.

Hog Whitman was asking about the camcorder. I don't know squat about them, but Consumer Reports likes the Canon Eluras, so I got an Elura 100. Supposedly the Elura 80 is better and cheaper, but American Express only lets you buy the crappy stuff they pick.

I am sure it will be fine for filming Marvin.
