You Need a Good Grip

When you bone a chicken or turkey (cheap laugh), you get fat and fluid all over your hands, and it gets a little hairy (cheap laugh) because your knife can slip.

Someone at the Foodie Forums posted a clever solution to slippery knives. She dips her handles in a liquid flooring product, then dips then in blasting sand, and then adds another coat of flooring.

This stuff is a clear liquid that dries hard. She called it "Targamat," but I guess she spelled it wrong, because it doesn't exist. The closest I could come was "Torginol."

Anyone know the right spelling?
