I've been screwing around with a new silent heatsink on my CPU, because the old fan interfered with podcasting.

Can anyone tell me how hot I can run a Conroe 6300 CPU before it melts? Same info for the motherboard?

I'm getting 48 and 45 Celsius, respectively.
