I couldn't get Virgil Rogers for the show tonight, but Mike and I will be discussing Mike's latest travesty. He says he somehow fries steak inside cheese and turns it into a sandwich.

I'll try to choose a recipe of my own that will make you happy. The old cookbook is now unavailable, and it will be a while before the new one comes out, so show up and listen.

The show isn't completely about food, so listen and call, even if you're reasonably thin.
