Why Steal From THESE People?

This is interesting. As you may know, Fox ripped off a Canadian show (as well as The Daily Show and Weekend Update) when they created The Half-Hour News Hour. The Canadian show was called This Hour Has 22 Minutes. And here's proof that Fox knew the ripoff was in play: Jennifer Lange (Gracie Allen to Curt Long's extra and unnecessary Gracie Allen) appeared on This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

Well, someone has put some Canadian clips up on Youtube. Unbelievably, this show is possibly even worse than the Fox travesty.

I strongly recommend you bail at the two-minute mark.

In defense of the CBC effort, I would like to point out that there are only about fifteen thousand people in Canada, and most of the smart ones moved to the US a long time ago.
