Why Fool With Caffeine When You Can Get Wired From Centrum?
Bad Day
As usual, I am so mad I can barely stand it. I went to bed nice and early last night, hoping to get a decent night's sleep, and instead I laid awake for hours. Why? I took a big handful of vitamins and supplements before bedtime.
I have noticed this effect before, but I thought it was my imagination. Now I'm sure of it. Something I take keeps me awake. I can't figure out what it is. I don't take anything weird.
I know it's not caffeine. As long as I quit drinking coffee early in the day, it doesn't bother me.
Damn it. Maybe the answer is to let my health go to hell.
